39 Guelph-Bramalea is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.
The route serves to connect Guelph to trains on the Kitchener line at Bramalea GO Station in Brampton for further travel eastward towards Toronto during certain morning and afternoon peak hours, as the portion of the train line between Kitchener and Bramalea GO Station is out of service at certain times, including service at Guelph Central Station.
This route operates primarily on Highway 401 and Highway 407.
